Product description

The Dimar cheese belongs to the family of semi-hard indigenous Zelene Doline cheeses, whose recipes follow in the footsteps of our ancestors and combine the knowledge and tradition of Slovenian cheese making. It is made exclusively from Slovenian milk and coated in beechwood smoke.
